💋 This wine causes "fine bubbles". Although less sparkling than most crémants, its delicacy in the mouth reveals a beautiful mineral tension to our taste buds. Very popular in cocktails to whet the appetite of guests.
🗝️ Service between 10 and 12°C.
Vouvray wines are sparkling wines vinified using the so-called "Traditional" method. This is the same vinification process as for Champagnes.
This Vouvray was aged 15 months in the cellar before being marketed.
History: The wines of Vouvray are aged in cellars dug into the rock of "Tuffeau". This same rock that was used for the construction of the castles of the Loire .
